Türkiye De Deniz Yoluyla Lng Taşımacılığı Analizi

Abstract

Türkiye, doğalgaz üreten ülkeler ile doğalgaz tüketen ülkeler arasında doğal bir köprü konumundadır. Türkiye bu güne kadar doğalgaz iletiminin hayli büyük bir kısmını boru hatları ile yapmaktadır. Bu durum nedeniyle Türkiye, dolayısıyla Avrupa politik olarak sürekli sorun yaşadığı Rusya ve İran’a doğalgaz yönünden bağımlı hale gelmiştir. Bu bağımlılığın ortadan kaldırılabilmesi için deniz yoluyla LNG taşımacılığına önem verilip verilmemesi konusunda bir karar verilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çok ölçütlü karar verme probleminde, iki alternatifin seçimini kolaylaştırmak için bu tez çalışmasıyla Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci (AHS) yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Analiz sonunda elde edilen bulgulara göre hiyerarşinin en alt kademesinde yer alan alternatifler için performans değerleri ortaya çıkmıştır. Sonuç olarak, boru hatları ve gemi ile LNG taşımacılığı alternatifleri arasında, gemi ile LNG taşımacılığının politik, ekonomik ve çevresel faktörler açısından daha uygun bir seçim olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.Turkey is a natural bridge between natural gas importing and exporting countries. To date, Turkey made its natural gas transportation by pipelines. On this account, Turkey and Europe become dependence on Russia and Iran which countries, Turkey and Europe have some political problems. So as to eliminate the dependency, it must be made a decision for the substitution of pipeline with LNG maritime transportation. Making a decision implies that there are alternative choices to be considered, and in such a case it is aimed only to identify as many of these alternatives as possible but to choose the one that best fits with our goals, objectives, desires, etc. at the view point of ship management company and politicians. In this multi-criteria decision making process, in this study to facilitate the selection of two alternatives Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model is being used. The global priorities of the alternatives placed at the bottom level of the hierarchical structure, is identified with respect to the obtained findings at the end of the analysis. Consequently, it is clearly appeared that LNG Maritime Transportation is more suitable choice with respect to political, economic and environmental factors, between alternatives of LNG maritime transportation and pipeline as well.
