Abstract
Bu çalışmada, dialdehit bileşiği glioksal ve -naftol türevleri ile asitli ortamda kondenzasyon reaksiyonları incelenmiştir. Glioksal ile -naftol türevlerinin reaksiyonları dinaftofuranofuran türü bileşikler vermiştir. Naftofuranofuran halkasının anti-kanser ve anti-AIDS özellikleri olduğu bilinmektedir. Bu bileşiklerin, fonksiyonel grupların takılması amacıyla, Mannich Reaksiyonları incelenmiştir .Formaldehit, diğer aldehitler ve değişik aminlerle çeşitli reaksiyon koşullarında Mannich Bazı ve -CH2 köprüsü ile 8 üyeli halka kapanma ürünü elde edilmiştir. Tüm ürünlerin saflıkları TLC ile kontrol edilmiş, saf olmayanlar CC veya PTLC ile saflaştırılmıştır. Ürünler FTIR, NMR ve Kütle spektroskopileri ile karakterize edilmiştir.
In this study, in the acidic medium, the condensation reactions of glyoxal, which is a dialdehyde compound with -naphthol derivatives are examined .The reaction of glyoxal with -naphthol derivatives gave dinaphthofuranofuran like compounds. Naphthofuronaphthofuran ring is known to have some anti-cancer and anti-AIDS properties . The Mannich reaction of these compounds are examined in order to add functional groups. Mannich reaction of naphthofuranofuran compounds with formaldehyde and the other aldehydes with different amines, in different reaction conditions gave Mannich Bases and with a -CH2- bridge an 8-membered ring compound is obtained. Purity of all the products were checked by TLC, impure ones were purified with CC or PTLC. All products were characterized by FTIR, NMR, and Mass Spectroscopy.
