Abstract
Çalışmanın genel amacı, gemi tipi, yük tipi ve bölgelere göre kullanılan Charter Party sözleşmelerinin incelenmesi ve bölgesel ticaret ile Charter Party formlarının üretilmesi ve seçilmesi arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymaktır.
The aim of this work is to search of charter party agreements which are used in accordance with vessel type, region, and cargo type. Also, the relationship between creating and choosing of charter party forms and regional trade has been tried to explain.
