Iso 9000:2000 Revizyonunun Getirdiği Yenilikler Ve Kobi’lere Yansımaları

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’nin ekonomik gelişmesinde önemli rol oynayan KOBİ’lerin ISO 9000:2000 belgesini alım sürecinde elde ettikleri deneyimlerden yararlanarak, henüz bu konuda çalışmaya başlamamış işletmelere yol göstermek, karşılaşacakları olası fayda ve zararları belirtmek, sistem kuruluşu sırasında önlerine çıkabilecek engelleri ortaya koymak amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaca hizmet etmek üzere bir veri toplama formu oluşturulmuş, bu form çeşitli sektörlerde faaliyet gösteren ISO 9000:2000 kalite güvence sistemi kurma çalışmalarını tamamlamış belge sahibi toplam 53 küçük ve orta ölçekli kuruluşa uygulanmıştır. Anketler ile ulaşan veriler, NCSS 97 programıyla, sıklıklar ve değişkenler arasındaki ikili ilişkiler açısından incelenmiştir. Yapılan saha çalışması göstermiştir ki, KOBİ’lerimizin salt ana müşteri zorlamasıyla veya reklam amacıyla belge almak isteyecekleri ve altyapı, teknolojik düzey, nitelikli işgücü yetersizliği gibi olumsuzluklar nedeniyle ISO 9000:2000 kalite yönetim sisteminin bu işletmelerde olumlu etki göstermeyeceği şeklindeki endişeler yersizdir.In this work, it has been aimed to lead the way to the inexperienced business enterprises, to specify the possible benefits and losses in business and to point out the bottleneck situations during the system establishment by taking advantage of the experiences of SME’s, in the ISO 9000:2000 certification process, that greatly help in the economic development of Turkey. A questionnaire survey was conducted to serve to this aim. This quastionnaire survey was applied to 53 SME’s, which are from different sectors and has completed the implementation of the ISO 9000:2000 Quality Assurance System and obtain the ISO 9000:2000 Certificate. Collected data was analized by NCSS 97 Statistical Program concerning the belateral relations between variables and frequencies. In the field study, it has been proved that the concerns stating that our SME’s may demand certificates either through the implication by the sole main customers or advertisement specified situations and that ISO 9000:2000 Quality Management System will not treat these business enterprises affirmatively due to the insufficiency in infrastructure, technological level and qualified employees, are irrelevant.
