Abstract
Bu çalışmada, siklohekzanon formaldehit reçinesi ve asetofenon formaldehit reçinesi üretim esnasında fenil asetilen ile in situ metod kullanılarak modifiye edilmiştir. Fenil asetilenin asit karakterli hidrojeni ile formaldehit arasında bazik ortamda metil oluşumu reaksiyonundan faydalanarak ketonik reçinelerin oluşumu esnasında reçineye fenil asetilen uç grup olarak bağlanmıştır. Bu sayede fenil asetilen uç gruplu siklohekzanon ve asetofenon ketonik reçineleri elde edilmiştir. Bu modifiye reçineler daha sonraki çalışmalarda aktif grup olarak yeni reçine kopolimerlerinin sentezinde komonomer olarak kullanılabileceklerdir.
In this study, CFR and AFR have been modified with Phenylacetylene using in situ method. With the help of methyl production reaction acid behavour of Ph-Ac and formaldehyde react on basic conditions, Ph-Ac has been attached as a group at the end of a resin. As a result, both cyclohexane and acetophenone formaldehyde resins with the end-group of Ph-Ac have been produced as ketonic resins.
