Heterotopik Bir Mekân Olarak Tiyatro Sahnesi: Uyumsuz Tiyatro

Abstract

Teatral mekân, günümüz tiyatrosu için, dekorun ve oyuncunun içine yerleştirildiği bir boşluk olmaktan çıkarak, tiyatronun tüm unsurlarını barındıran bir yapıya dönüşmüştür. Artık, tiyatro eserinin anlaşılmasında anlam üreten bir araç olarak görülen mekân, sahneleme ve dramaturjinin temel kavramlarından biri olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Tez kapsamında, tiyatroda mekân kavramına genel algının dışında, farklı açılardan yaklaşılması, mekânın tiyatro yapıtlarında ve sahnede alternatif biçimde yorumlanan mekân ile ilişkilendirilerek, heterotopya kavramı üzerinden yeniden sorgulanması amaçlanmaktadır. Heterotopya, birçok alanda kendini gösterse de, teatral mekân, çok katmanlılığın ve uyumsuz yerleşmelerin gözlenebileceği en dikkat çekici mekânlardan biridir. Bu bağlamda bu çalışmada, vurgulanmaya çalışılan, teatral mekanın heterotopik yapısının yanısıra heterotopya kavramının tiyatro sanatındaki varlığını ve yönlendirmelerini gözlemleyebilmektir. Teatral mekânda heteropik mekânın sıklıkla gözlenebildiği Uyumsuz Tiyatro da, hem dramaturjik hem de mekânsal anlamda incelenerek, çalışma içerisinde verilmeye çalışılan kuramsal çerçeve desteklenmek istenmektedir. Teoride olduğu kadar pratikte de yalnızca bir gösteri mekânı olarak ele alınmayan teatral mekânın, Uyumsuz Tiyatro örneğinde de ele alındığı üzere, farklı olmanın, direniş göstermenin mekânı olarak da ifade edilebileceği, günümüz tiyatrosunun en önemli sorunsallarından biridir. Bu çalışma, topluluk eseri olarak ortaya konan tiyatronun insan, mekân ve zaman ile olan ilişkisinden doğan sonuçları sorgulamaya çalışmaktadır.

Today, theatrical space is not a void anymore, in which the actor and the setting is simply placed, but has become an entity that includes all elements of the theatre itself. Space, seen as a structure to produce meaning for the theatrical piece, is now considered to be one of the essential concepts of dramaturgy and of staging. The main object of the thesis paper is to requestion space through the concept of heterotopia and heterotoipc place where incoherent can come together, connected through pieces of time by focusing on different approaches to space in theatre, studying the difference between the written piece and what is presented in terms of the interpretation of space. Heterotopia can be observed in many different areas, yet not many of them are as important in these terms as the theatrical space which has a layered nature and an absurd settling. In this context, what is dwelled upon here is the existence and the determining role of heterotopia in the art of theatre. This theoratical frame is going to be supported by mentioning Absurd Theater both dramaturgically and spatially, as it is quite related to the concept heterotopia which is one of the key concepts of this work. Theatrical space, is not considered to be just a space of representation, yet it is one of the major problematics of today’s theater as it can be said to be the place of the different and of resistance.
