Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Yönetimde Yeni Paradigmaların çevresel ihtiyaçları tatmin boyutları araştırılmıştır. Öncelikle organizasyonel çevre incelenmiş, çevresel özellikler ve günümüzün ana çevresel trendleri belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen eğilimlerin çevresel özellikleri nasıl etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Böylece, çevresel özelliklere bağlı olarak çevresel ihtiyaçlar tespit edilmiştir. Yönetimde Yeni Paradigmalar ise Yönetim Bilimindeki gelişimlerine paralel incelenmiştir. Her paradigmanın önemli teorileri ele alınmış ve çevresel ihtiyaçları tatmin derecesi belirlenmiştir. Bu işlem yapılırken her paradigmanın harekete geçirdiği iç dinamiği baz alan bir metot kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonunda bir anket yapılmış ve bu anket ile bir işletmede yönetim düşüncelerinin çevresel ihtiyaçları tatmin edecek biçimde kullanım derecesi belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın literatüre Yönetimde Yeni Paradigmalar ve çevresel ihtiyaçlar ilişkisini inceleme açısından bir katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir. Ayrıca geliştirilen amprik uygulama metodunun da ileriki çalışmalara rehberlik etmesi beklenmektedir.
The hypothesis of this study is that thinking of the New Management’s Paradigms satisfies different environmental demands. In the study, differences in the New Management’s Paradigms are researched using the environmental characteristics. Another important research question is how the different management thoughts satisfy the different environmental demands. At the end of the thesis, empirical study was conducted. In the study environmental complexity, environmental volatility, environmental munificence, environmental hostility and environmental uncertainty are examined. Environmental demands are determined using the environmental characteristics, and quality, process, strategy, knowledge and learning management paradigms are analyzed: Relations between new paradigms and environmental demands are determined using a method focusing on internal dynamics which are affected by new paradigms. Telecommunication companies generally make an investment on the Management’s New Paradigms. Because of this thinking, the empirical study was applied in a telecommunication company. The questions were asked in order to measure performance using of the Management’s New Paradigms, and the answers are examined with a statistical method.
