Abstract
Bu çalışmada ele alınan problem, pamuklu çamaşırlar için 60°C Pamuklu Yıkama Programı‘nda elde edilen A Yıkama Performansı Sınıfı ve A+ Enerji Performansı Sınıfı’nın, Jet sistem teknolojisine sahip bir çamaşır makinasında, 40ºC’de elde edilebilirliğinin incelenmesi ve bu performans değerlerine ulaşılan ve 150 dakikadan daha uzun sürmeyen 40ºC Pamuklu Yıkama Programı profillerinin oluşturulmasıdır. Bu amaçla öncelikle, deneysel çalışmaların yapıldığı, Jet sistem teknolojisi adapte edilmiş bir çamaşır makinası prototipi hazırlanmıştır. Daha sonra çamaşır makinasının optimum yıkama koşullarının belirlenmesi amacıyla; Enerji Tüketimi, Program Süresi ve Yıkama İndeksi’ne etki eden etmenler ve etki aralıkları belirlenerek deney tasarımı yapılmıştır. Deney tasarımı ile belirlenen deneyler tamamlanarak deney sonuçları analiz edilmiş ve etmenlerin çıktılar üzerindeki etkileri belirlenmiştir. Elde edilen bilgilerle optimizasyon çalışması yapılmış ve ulaşılan sonuçlar değerlendirilerek, A Yıkama Performansı Sınıfı’nın ve A+ Enerji Performansı Sınıfı’nın elde edildiği ve 150 dakikanın altında 40°C Pamuklu Yıkama Programı profilleri oluşturulmuştur. Deney tasarımları, analizler ve optimizasyon çalışması için MINITAB istatistik programı kullanılmıştır.
The subject of the thesis is observing possibility of obtaining A Washing Performance Class and A+ Energy Performance Class for cotton textiles, which are obtained at 60°C Cotton Washing Program, with a washing machine equipped with Jet System technology at 40°C and creating 40°C Cotton Washing Program profiles which achieve obtaining these performance classes and don’t last longer than 150 minutes. First of all, a washing machine prototype equipped with Jet System technology was prepared. Secondly, for the purpose of determine optimum washing conditions, factors and factor levels that are effective on Energy Consumption, Washing Index and Program Period were selected and Design of Experiment (DOE) was done. After the completion of designed experiments, results were analyzed and thus the effects of factors on outputs were ascertained. Results were used for optimization and 40°C Cotton Washing Program profiles, which achieve obtaining A Washing Performance Class and A+ Energy Performance Class and don’t last longer than 150 minutes, were created by considering outcome. MINITAB program for statistics was used for Design of Experiments (DOE), analysis and optimization.
