Abstract

Bu çalışmada, bir inşaat firmasının uluslararası ihalelere teklif hazırlama sistemi analiz edilmiş, geçmişteki teklifleri ve bu tekliflere idareden gelen cevap yazılarının yanında idarelerden temin edilen ihale dökümanları incelenerek tekliflerin eksik yönleri saptanmış ,eksikliklerin giderilmesine yönelik araştırma yapılmış ve teklif hazırlama sürecinde zaman ve emek kaybını minimize etmeye yönelik bir metodoloji üzerinde çalışılmıştır.In this study, current situation of proposal preparation system for international road construction tenders of a company has been analysed, past proposals of the company and the response letters from contracting agencies to these proposals as well as tendering document from tendering agencies have been inspected and defects of the current system have been determined, a research has been carries out to fulfill the defects of the system and a study is carried out on a methodology to minimize time and effort spent on proposal preparation process.
