Abstract
Yapılan bu tez çalışmasında, α, β-doymamış bis-karbonil bileşikleri ile çeşitli karbonilli diazo bileşiklerinin sentezlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Sentezi hedeflenen bis-karbonil içeren bileşiklerde, bis-metil keton, bis-metil keton/etil ester, bis-etil ester fonksiyonları, diazo bileşiklerinde ise mono-metil/etil ester fonksiyonları bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca bis-karbonilli doymamış bileşiklerde fenil halkasına bağlı farklı grupların, reaksiyonlar üzerindeki etkisi incelenmiştir. Elde edilen ham ürünlerde biskarbonilli doymamış bileşikler için GC, GC-MS ve TLC yöntemleri, karbonilli diazo bileşikleri için ise FT-IR spektroskopisi kullanarak istenilen bileşiğin oluşup oluşmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Daha sonra ham ürünlere, kolon kromatografisi ve vakum damıtması yöntemleriyle saflaştırma işlemleri uygulanmıştır. Saflaştırma sonucu oluşan ürünün istenen ürün olup olmadığını anlamak için 1H NMR yönteminden faydalanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak 1H NMR spektroskopisi yardımıyla oluşan ürünlerin yapıları tam olarak aydınlatılmıştır. Bis-karbonilli bileşiklerin sentezinde, bis-metil keton fonksiyonel grubuna sahip bileşiklerin en kolay, bis-etil ester fonksiyonel grubuna sahip bileşiklerin ise en zor oluştuğu tespit edilmiştir.
In this study, the prior aim is the synthesis of unsaturated bis-carbonyl compunds and various diazo carbonyl compounds .There are bis methyl ketone, bis methyl ketone/ ethyl ester, bis ethyl ester functions in the bis-carbonyl compounds and mono methyl/ethyl ester functions in the diazo carbonyl compounds which are planned to be synthesized. In addition ,the reactivities of different functional groups which are linked to phenyl ring are researched. In order to explain whether the products we want to get, is obtained or not, GC, GC-MS, TLC techniques were used for bis-carbonyl compounds and FT-IR spectroscopy technique was used for diazo compounds. Then the raw products were refined by using colon chromatography and vacuum distillation. After refining, to be sure if the product is obtained, 1H NMR technique was used and structures of compounds were explained clearly. At the same time, it is observed that, forming of the compunds which have bis methyl ketone functional grops is the easiest but forming of the compounds with bis ethyl ester functional groups is the most difficult.
