Prefabrike Panel Sistemlerle Konut Üretiminde Mimari Tasarım Sorunları

Abstract

Geleneksel yapım sistemleri ile tasarım ve uygulama süreçleri ile endüstrileşmiş yapım sistemleri ile tasarım ve uygulama süreçlerine yaklaşım biçimlerinin farklı olduğu görülmektedir. Geleneksel sistemlerden farklı olarak endüstrileşmiş sistemler ile tasarlama iki aşamada gerçekleşmektedir: Bina bütününü oluşturan bileşenlerin tasarımı Bileşenlerin biraraya gelmesi ile oluşacak tüm binanın tasarımı Tasarım sürecindeki bu farklılaşma, probleme alışılagelmiş tasarım süreçlerine göre farklı şekilde yaklaşılmasını gerektirir. Bu teknolojilere bağlı “tüm bina” nın tasarımında, hazırlık çalışmaları, mimari plan kuruluşu araştırması, yapısal kuruluş araştırması, ön proje ve kesin proje çalışmaları ile uygulama aşaması gibi bir süreç söz konusudur. Bu tezde, toplu konut üretiminde gelişmiş ülkelerde çok yaygın kullanılma alanı bulmuş olan “panel sistemler” e bağlı tasarım süreci aşamaları ve panel sistem teknolojilerine ait özellikler, kısıtlamalar ve sorunlar hakkında ayrıntılar verilmektedir.It is seen that the approach of conventional systems and industrialized systems to the design and construction process is radically different from each other. Different from conventional systems, design process of industrialized systems takes place in two steps: Component design which constitutes whole building Whole building design which is made up of components This difference in the design process necessitates a different approach to the problem from usual design process. According to these technologies “whole building design” process can be made up of preparatory work, architectural project research, constructional project research, preliminary draft, final project and construction phase levels. In this dissertation, design process phases, technological properties, restrictions and problems of “panel systems”, which find widespread usage in the area of mass housing, are presented in detail.
