Abstract
Bu çalışmada, saf SiO2 ve TiO2 solleri ve bunların karışımları kullanılarak yansıtmayıcı film sistemi hazırlandı. Sistem tasarlanmasında teorik olarak, transfer matris yönteminden faydalanılarak tek, çift, ve üç katlı yansıtmayıcı yüzeyler için koşullar bulundu. Deneysel hazırlamada, öncelikle tek katlı SiO2 , TiO2 ve bunların karışımlarından oluşan filmlerin kırma indisleri ve kalınlıkları belirlendi. Teoriden hesaplanan yansıtmayıcı yüzey koşullarına ve kalınlığa dikkat edilerek, üç katlı, tek ve çift taraflı film sistemleri hazırlandı. Sonuç olarak 700 nm ve 665 nm dalga boylarında %1’in altında yansıtma veren film sistemleri oluşturuldu.

Transfer matrix method was used to find suitable conditions for single, double and triple layer antireflecting surfaces. At first, refractive index and thickness of the single layer SiO2, TiO2 and their mixtures were calculated for the experimental preparation. Single and double sided three layer film systems were prepared by making use of the results of theoretical calculations. As a result antireflecting systems which have %1 reflection around 700 nm and 665 nm wavelength were obtained.
