Etkin Bir Tedarikçi Değerlendirme Ve Seçme Süreci İçin Uzman Sistem Yaklaşımı

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, birçok ölçütün etkili olduğu tedarikçi değerlendirme ve seçimi kararı için bir uzman karar destek sistemi geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Geliştirilen sistem TEDSUS (Tedarikçi Değerlendirme ve Seçimi Uzman Sistemi) olarak adlandırılmıştır. TEDSUS yirmibir tedarikçi değerlendirme kriteri, dört tedarikçi seçim kriteri içermektedir. Değerlendirme ve seçim kriterlerine ait ağırlıkların belirlenmesinde TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference Similarity to Ideal Solution) algoritması kullanılmıştır. Tedarikçi seçim kriterlerinin ikili karşılaştıması ihtiyaçların anlık değişimi sebebiyle kullanıcılar tarafından yapılırken, tedarikçi değerlendirme kriterlerinin ikili karşılaştırılması ise uygulamanın yapıldığı işletmedeki satınalma ve ürün yönetimi çalışanlarına yapılan anket çalışması sonucu belirlenmiştir. Uygulamanın yapıldığı işletmedeki yetkililer TEDSUS’u doğru ve güvenilir bulmuş, orta ve küçük ölçekli firmaların ihtiyaç ve politikalarına göre düzenlenerek bu tip firmalarda kullanılabileceğini belirtmişlerdir.The aim of this study is to develop an expert system for supplier evaluation and selection process. The system is called as TEDSUS. TEDSUS contains twenty-one evaluation and four selection variables. TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference Similarity to Ideal Solution) algorithm was used to determine the weights of the variables. While the bilateral comparaison of the selection criterias is made by users to detemine the best suitable weight for instant requirement, the weights of the evaluation criterias are determined with the questionary form applied to the purchaising and product management teams of the company where the application of the system was done. Purchaising and product management engineers of the company has pointed out that TEDSUS is a reliable and accurate system which can be used by small or medium scaled companies after some improvements according to their requirements and strategies.
