Özet
Bu çalışmada, hint yağından biyodizel eldesi için uygun çalışma koşulları araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla, reaksiyon sıcaklığının, katalizör cinsinin ve oranının, alkol cinsinin ve alkol:yağ oranının biyodizel verim ve dönüşümüne (ester içeriği) etkisi incelenmiştir. Transesterifikasyon reaksiyonu, mikrodalga ve klasik ısıtma ile gerçekleştirilmiş, reaksiyonda geleneksel katalizörler ve enzimler kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre, hint yağından kısa reaksiyon süresinde biyodizel elde edilebileceği ve bunun dizele katkı maddesi olarak kullanılabileceği anlaşılmıştır.
In this study, appropriate reaction conditions were investigated for biodiesel production from castor oil. For this purpose; the effect of reaction temperature, catalyst type, catalyst ratio, alcohol type and alcohol:oil ratio on biodiesel yield and conversion (ester content) were examined. Transesterification reaction was carried out by microwave and classical heating routes. In the reaction, conventional catalysts and enzymes were used. According to the results, castor oil biodiesel was produced in a short reaction time and found to be as a good additive for diesel.
