Abstract
Bu çalışmada, doygunluk, basınç, tanecik boyutu ve şekli ve yüzey aktif madde ilavesinin dolomit, kalsit, kuvars gibi ince öğütülmüş minerallerin filtre keklerinin kesme gerilmesine etkileri incelenmiştir. Mineral filtre keklerinin kesme gerilmesini en çok etkileyen parametre kekin doygunluğudur. İlaveten, kesme gerilmesi ile doygunluk arasında, Schubert’ in çekme gerilmesi ile doygunluk arasındaki ilişki için verdiği ifadeye benzer bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Kesme gerilmesi susuzlaştırma kademesinde uygulanan basınç ile artmaktadır. Bu ilişki, doygunluğa ve şekil faktörüne bağlı olarak aşağıdaki şekilde gibi yazılabilir; ? = a. P b Bu eşitlikte a ve b doygunluğa bağlıdır ve b’ nin değeri 0,2 ile 0,6 arasında değişmektedir. Tane boyutunun kesme gerilmesi üzerine olan etkisi aşağıdaki gibi yazılabilir; ? = c/ x d burada c ve d doygunluğa bağlı sabitler olup, d’ nin değeri 0,7 ile 1,6 arasında değişmektedir.
In this study, the effect of the saturation, pressure, particle size and shape, the surface active agent addition on the shear strength of the filter cakes of the fine grained minerals such as dolomite, calcite and quartz has been investigated. The most effecting parameter on the shear strength of the mineral filter cakes is the saturation of the cake. In addition, it was found that the relation between the shear strength and saturation is similar to the Schubert’ s relation between tensile strength and saturation. The shear strength of the cakes increases with the increase of the compression pressure, and this relation depending on the saturation and shape factor can be written as below; ? = a. P b The value of the constant b is between 0,2 and 0,6 according to the saturation. The effect of the particle size on the shear strength can be written as follows; ? = c/ x d where c and d are constants depending on the saturation and d has the value between 0,7- 1,6 according to the saturation.
