Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi, Lojistik Ve Taşımacılıkta Bilişim Teknolojileri Ve Uygulamaları

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi, lojistik ve taşımacılık kavramları ve temel faaliyetleri ile ilgili genel bir bilgi verilmiş, bu faaliyetlerde yararlanılan bilişim teknolojileri, teknolojilerin birbirleri üzerindeki etkileri incelenmiştir. Lojistik sektöründeki bir işletmeye ait, ortak bir çıktı yaratan üç şirketin mevcut iş süreçleri detaylandırılmıştır. İş süreçlerinin gelişimi ve daha etkin yönetilebilmesi için fayda- maliyet analizleri, yatırımın geri dönüş süreleri ve temel gereklilikler göz önünde bulundurularak RFID, CMS gibi uygun bilişim teknolojileri seçilerek önerilen sistemin kavramsal tasarımları ve senaryo aktarımları gerçekleştirilmiştir. İşletmeye uyarlanması önerilen bilişim teknolojilerinin operasyonel ve yönetimsel açıdan potansiyel getirileri ve riskleri açıklanmıştır.In this study Supply Chain Management, logistics and transportation concepts, the main activities, the information systems utilized in Supply Chain Management, logistics and transportation, and the effects of information technologies on each other are overviewed. The conjunct business processes of three firms which belong to an enterprise specialized in logistics are detailed. The appropriate information technologies like RFID, CMS are recommended, conceptual design and scenarios are explained considering return of investment, cost-benefit analysis, return of investment and main requirements in order to develop and manage the processes effectively. Consequently, potential benefits and risks of recommended technologies for the firm are explained.
