Tedarik Zinciri Yönetiminde Tedarikçi Performansı Değerlendirme Ve Tedarikçi Sayısının Azaltılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, tedarikçi perfomansı değerlendirme süreçleri ve tedarikçi sayısı azaltma çalışmaları anlatılmıştır. Yapılan diğer çalışmalardaki tedarikçi performans değerlendirme süreçleri, tedarikçi sayısı azaltma çalışmaları belirtilmiştir. Gelişen rekabet koşullarında firmalar tedarik zincirlerini daha iyi kontrol almak zorundadırlar. Bu kapsamda otomotiv sektörü bu uygulamların en çok karşılaşıldığı sektördür. Bu çalışmada otomotiv sektöründe tedarikçi performansı değerlendirme süreçleri, yönetimi, değerlendirilmesi ve kararlara etkisi anlatılmıştır. Aynı zamanda tedarikçi sayısı azaltma çalışmaları kapsamında e-satınalma, e-ihale, yerlileştirme, kaynak atama çalışmaları anlatılmıştır. Bu çalışmalar sonrasında elde edilen kazanımlar, oluşan riskler ve genel durumdan bahsedilmiştir.Tedarikçi performansı değerlendirme sürecininin sonuçları ve tedarikçi sayısının azaltılma sürecinin sonuçları anlatılmış ve firmalara getireceği faydalar ve riskler değerlendirilmiştirIn this study the supplier performance evaluation and supplier reduction applications are mentioned. The supplier performance evaluation processes and the supplier reduction studies that are explained in the other studies are mentioned. According to the improving competitiveness the firms have to take under control their supply chains. In this concept these applications are seen mostly in the automotive sector. In this study the supplier performance evaluation processes, managements,the affects to the decisions are mentioned. On the other hand in the concept of the supplier reduction e-procurement, bidding on line, localisation and sourcing studies are mentioned. After these studies the savings, benefits, riscs and general conditions are mentioned. The results of the supplier performance evaluation and supplier reduction are mentioned and the benefits and riscs are evaluated.
