Abstract
Bu çalışmada, oransal valf tarafından kontrol edilen bir hidrolik silindirin, gerçek zamanlı olarak PD ve Bulanık mantık kontrolü gerçekleştirilmiştir. Simülasyon modelleri Matlab – Simulink programı ile oluşturulmuştur. Bulanık kontrolör Matlab Fuzzy Logic Toolbox programı kullanılarak hazırlanmıştır. Bilgisayar ile endüstriyel kart arasındaki veri alışverişi Matlab Real – Time Workshop programı ile gerekli kod üretilerek gerçekleştirilmiştir. Deneysel çalışmada ADVANTECH firmasına ait PCI – 1711 endüstriyel arayüz kartı kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonucunda hidrolik sistemin PD ve Bulanık mantık kontrol modellerinin birim basamak cevabı eğrilerindeki farklar gözlemlenmiştir. Bu çalışma hidrolik bir sistemin Matlab Real – Time Workshop programı kullanılarak gerçek zamanlı kontrolü için yapılan ilk çalışmadır.
In this study, real time control of an electrohydraulic system, which is driven by a proportional valve, is investigated by using PD and Fuzzy Logic Control methods. System models are built in Matlab’s Simulink package. Fuzzy controller is prepared by Matlab’s Fuzzy Logic Control Toolbox. Data acquisition between computer and industrial interface card is obtained after the necessary code is compiled by Matlab’s Real-Time Workshop package. Industrial interface card ADVANTECH PCI – 1711 is used on experimental studies. As a conclusion the differences between step response curves of PD control and Fuzzy Logic Control of hydraulic system are observed. This study is the first ever study for real time control of a hydraulic system with using Matlab’s Real – Time Workshop package.
