The new functional for reissner plates and its application

Abstract

Abstract The new functional for the Reissner plates with the geometric and the dynamic boundary conditions is presented using the Gâteaux differential. This functional is transformable to the classical potential energy equation, it is also useful to obtain accurate results when the numerical technique is invoked such as when using the Ritz or finite element methods.
