Abstract
Bu çalışmada, kuvvetli bir atıksu olan zeytinyağı üretim prosesi atıksularının fizikokimyasal ön arıtılabilirliği incelenmiştir.Deneysel çalışma kısmında, FeSO4, FeCl3, Alum gibi koagülantların yanında asit kraking yöntemi uygulanarak atıksuyun KOİ giderim verimi incelenmiş ve bu yöntemlerden hangisinin KOİ gideriminin daha iyi ve ekonomik olduğuna bakılarak fenton oksidasyonundan önce hangi yöntemin kullanılacağına karar verilmiştir. Yapılan değerlendirmeler sonunda asit kraking sonrası fenton oksidasyonu uygulanmasına karar verilmiştir. Fenton oksidasyonunda optimum dozajlar Fe+2 için 4500 mg/lt, hidrojen peroksit için 3000 mg/lt ve pH=4 olarak belirlenmiştir. Fenton oksidasyonu sonunda KOİ giderim verimi % 91’dir. Arıtım maliyetleri hesaplandığında ise, 1 m3 ham zeytinyağı endüstrisi atıksuyunun arıtımının 12.030.000 TL ve ABD doları olarak 8.8 $ olduğu görülmüştür. Ancak bu maliyet hesaplanırken atıksuyun arıtımı esnasında elde edilen sabunluk yağ hesaba katılmamıştır.
In this study, the pre treatability of olive oil mill effluents by the physical-chemical treatment alternatives was investigated. In the section of experimental studies, it was tested the chemicals of, FeSO4, FeCl3, Al2(SO4)3 and acid cracking method. Then, it was observed which alternative was the best, by efficiency of COD removal and economical. Afterwards, it was decided to, which alternative would be used before Fenton’s Reagent. After these evaluations, before the Fenotn’s Reagent, it was decided to use acit cracking method. For the pH=1.75, COD removal efficiency is the 47 % and after the usage of Fenton’s Reagent, total COD removal efficiency is the 91 %. When it was calculated the prime cost of 1 m3 olive oil mill effluent treatment, it was seen it costs 12.030.000 TL and by the American Dolar it costs 8.8 $ without thinking production of oil for soap.
