Abstract
Bu çalışmada, seçici katalitik indirgeme sisteminin ağır taşıt motorlarında kullanımının optimizasyonu yoluyla NOx emisyonlarının indirgenmesi araştırılıp, motor dinamometresindeki test ile analiz edilerek, verileri ve grafikleri ile ortaya konmuştur. SCR (Seçici Katalitik İndirgeme) sistemi anlatılırken, dünya emisyon düzenlemeleri, egzoz emisyon denetimi ve süreci, yanma, NOx kontrol sistemleri, partikül madde emisyonları ve kontrol sistemleri, Euro emisyon standartları ve düzenlemeleri, dizel motorlarda emisyon oluşumu, egzoz emisyon azaltma yöntemleri, katalistler, egzoz emisyon ölçüm yöntemleri, seçici katalitik indirgeme sistemine genel bakış, SCR sistemindeki kimyasal reaksiyonlar, SCR literatürü, SCR sisteminde kullanılan malzemeler ve yan sistemler, sistemin uyumu, seçici katalitik olmayan indirgeme sistemi, dizel motorların incelenmesi, SCR sisteminin incelendiği motorun ve sistemin tanıtılması ve anlatılması ve son olarak test sonuçları anlatılmıştır. Bu mühendislik analizi ve test sonuçları bize Euro emisyon seviyelerinde NOx emisyonlarını nasıl iyi bir şekilde azaltabilip en az seviyelere indirgeyebileceğimizi göstermiştir.
In this study, NOx reduction with the route of optimization of using selective catalytic reduction system in heavy duty diesel engines is researched and obtained with the datas and graphics analysed with testing in engine dynamometer. When SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction System) is told and explained; world emission regulations, exhaust emission auditing and process, combustion, NOx control systems, particul material emissons and control systems, Euro emission standarts and regulations, emission formings in diesel engines, exhaust emission reduction systems, cataliysts, exhaust emission measurement systems, general view of selective catalytic reduction system, chemical reactions in SCR system, SCR literature, materials used in SCR system and subsystems, system adaptation, selective non catalytic reduction system, observation of diesel engines, engine and systems of SCR system used definitions and test datas and graphics results are told and explained. These engineering anaylses and results show how to reduce NOx exhaust emissions in well level and take to the level in Euro emission standarts.
