Abstract
Bu çalışmada, yeni bir büyük girdap benzetimi akış çözücüsünün lestr3d, türbin tipi akış problemlerindeki kabiliyetlerini sergilemek amacı ile T106 türbin pali etrafındaki akışın analizi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Akış alanına ait anlık veriler ve türbülans istatistikleri lestr3d kodunun laminer ayrılma, türbülansa geçiş ve türbülansın görüldüğü türbin tipi akışlarda başarılı sonuçlar verdiğini göstermektedir.
In this study, capabilities of a new in-house large eddy simulation (LES) flow solver lestr3d in the analysis of low-pressure turbine flows are assessed. LES of flow over T106 turbine blade is carried out. Instantaneous snapshots of the flow field and turbulent statistics show the promising capabilities of the lestr3d solver in turbine type flows with laminar separation, transition and turbulence.
