Abstract
Mevcut betonarme yapıların deprem güvenliklerinin belirlenmesi amacı ile 1975 Türk Deprem Yönetmeliğine göre projelendirilmiş dokuz adet mevcut betonarme bina ele alınarak, DBYBHY 2007'deki doğrusal elastik yöntemlerden Eşdeğer Deprem Yükü yöntemi, PERA (Performance Based Rapid Assesment Method) Hızlı Performans Değerlendirme Yöntemi ve RBTE (Riskli Binaların Tespit Edilmesi)esasları kullanılarak, mevcut betonarme binaların deprem performansları belirlenerek, yöntemlere göre elde edilen sonuçlar karşılaştırılmıştır.
Seismic performances of nine existing reinforced concrete buildings designed according to the 1975 Turkish Seismic Code are evaluated based on TSDC 2007, Performance Based Rapid Seismic Assessment Method (PERA) and Code for Determining Seismic Risky Buildings (RBTE). A parametric analysis is also carried out considering different soil and concrete characteristics. Estimated number damage levels are determined and overall performance of the structure obtained. Finally, the obtained results are compared to each other.
