Abstract
Bu çalışmada, periferal pozisyonda hidroksietiltiyo grupları bulunduran asimetrik metalsiz porfirazin sentezlenmiş ve bu molekülden yola çıkılarak metalli türevleri hazırlanmıştır. Amaçlanan bileşikleri elde etmek için başlangıç maddesi olarak kullanılan ditiyomaleonitrildisodyum tuzu karbon sülfür ve sodyum siyanürden iki kademede sentezlenmiştir. Magnezyum porfirazin, ftalonitrilin bis(2-hidroksietiltiyo)maleonitril ile reaksiyonundan elde edilmiştir. Bu reaksiyonda izomer sayısını azaltmak için ftalonitrilin aşırısı kullanılmıştır. Magnezyum porfirazinin trifloro asetik asit ile muamele edilmesiyle porfirazinin metalsiz türevine geçilmiştir. Diğer metal türevlerinin sentezlenmesinde metalsiz porfirazin başlangıç maddesi olarak kullanılmıştır. Metalsiz porfirazinde merkezde bulunan protonlar metal iyonu ile yer değiştirebilir. Bu yöntemle kobalt ve çinko porfirazin hazırlanmıştır. Ayrıca metalsiz porfirazinin palladyum(II) tuzu ile reaksiyonundan 1:1 oranında porfirazin :metal kompleksi sentezlenmiştir.
In this study, unsymmetric metal-free and metallo porphyrazines substituted with hydroxyethylthio groups on peripheral positions have been synthesized. The starting point of these compounds is sodium salt of dithiomaleonitrile which is obtained in steps from carbondisülfide and sodium ciyanide. Magnesium porphyrazine has been synthesized through the reaction of phthalonitrile with bis(2-hdroxyethylthio)maleonitrile. In order to prevent the formation of isomer mixture, phthalonitrile is taken in excess. Demetallization of magnesium porphyrazine to metal-free derivative was accomplished in trifluoro acetic acid. Metal-free porphyrazine is the starting material for the incorporation of different metal ions into the porphyrazine core. Inner core protons can be exchanged with metal ions. Cobalt and zinc porphyrazines were obtained from metal-free porphyrazine. Free porphyrazine reacted with palladium(II) salt to form complex with porphyrazine : metal ratio of 1:1.
