Abstract
In this study, 4 sets of different observations were made at 3 different depths with 3 different ultrasound systems using a self devolped phantom. In observations at 3 different depths, close-middle-far ranges, for each depth the appropriate screening frequency is determined by conventional imaging and tissue harmonic imaging using different frequencies. As a result of the frequency observation, it is determined that in order to obtain an appropriate imaging, the imaging frequency should be decreasing as the depth increases. After that as a result of observations determined by 2 different models which are conventional and tissue harmonic imaging, which method is appropriate for which depth is determined, and the influence of the new technology, the tissue harmonic imaging, in different depths is analyzed. It is observed that the tissue harmonic monitoring is better than the conventional monitoring especially in rough medium and middle depth, however it is also observed that this advantage is decreasing as the depth increases. In close depth, no difference in imaging is observed between the two methods.
