Bir Maliyet + Kar Projede Maliyet Kontrol Sistemi Örneği

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, ülkemizin önde gelen yüklenici firmalarından biri tarafından üstlenilen ve halen inşaa süreci devam eden Şube Yenileme Projesi’ne ait Maliyet Kontrol Sistemi irdelenmiştir. Maliyet Kontrol Sistemi, kaynak planlaması, maliyet tahmini, maliyet bütçelemesi, ve maliyet kontrol proseslerinden oluşur. Maliyet kontrol felsefesine uyarak tasarlanan prosedürler, yazılım programları ve kontrol raporları, proje tezinin kapsamında irdelenmiştir. Yapılan çalışma, alışılagelmiş bir inşaat projesi olmayan, dağınık bir şantiyeye sahip projenin, teknik olarak desteklenmesini sağlamış ve çok yoğun girdilerin oluştuğu, Maliyet + Kar şube yenileme işlerinde, standart Maliyet Kontrol Sistemi anlayışının uygulanmasına imkan vermiştir.In this study as a master thesis, the processes of project cost management of an ongoing Branch Renovation project undertaken by a major construction company were analysed. Cost Management System includes the processes of Resource Planning, Cost Estimating, Cost Budgeting, and Cost Control. All of the procedures designed, software programs’ structures, and control reports that are discussed in this study have been inspired from Project Management Philosophy. The project examined is an exceptional project with a scattered site with too many inputs and outputs. The aim of the study is to support the project technically and perform a standard project Cost Management System at a Cost + Fee Branch Renovation Project.
