Abstract
Dönen diskler sıkça karşılaşılan mühendislik problemlerindendir. Uygulama alanları olarak dönen makinalar, taşlama makinası, çarklar ve hard disk gibi örnekler verilebilir. Dönmenin mekanik özelliklere etkisi önemlidir bu nedenle bu etkilerin hesaba katılması, sistemin mekanik davranışının doğru analiz edilmesi ve doğru öngörüler yapılması açısından gereklidir. Bu çalışmada, disk, ince plak olarak modellenmiştir ve zorlanmış titreşim karakteristikleri Galerkin yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Disklerin üzerine konumu sabit ve dik bir kuvvet etkimektedir. Bu kuvvet titreşimi tahrik etmektedir. Hareket denklemleri, güç spektral yoğunluğu ve Campbell diyagramları çalışmanın içinde yer almaktadır.
Rotating disks are frequently used applications of engineering problems. They are used in rotating machinery, turbines, grinding wheels, gears, hard disk drives etc. The rotation has a significant impact on the mechanical properties of rotating disks so the effects of rotation must be included into calculations in order to make more accurate predictions on mechanical characteristics of rotating disks. In this study, disks are modelled as thin plates and Galerkin approach is used to analyze forced vibration characteristics of rotating disks that have perpendicular spacefixed force affecting on them. The force creates the excitation. The power spectrum and Campbell diagrams are plotted following the differential equations of motion that are solved by suggested Galerkin shape functions.
