Çok Katlı Betonarme Prefabrike Konut Yapılarında Estetik

Abstract

Bu çalışmada yapılmaya başlandıkları yirminci yüzyılın başından beri tekdüze oldukları ve estetik olmadıkları eleştirilerini alan prefabrike konut yapılarının bu eleştirileri almalarının nedenleri incelenmiştir. İlk bölümde tezde ele alınan konunun alt yapısı ve tanımı yapıldıktan sonra, araştırmanın amaçları, kapsam ve sınırları tarif edilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise, estetik kavramı ve teorileri tarihi bir bakış açısyla incelenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde mimarlığın tanımı ve tarifi yapılmış ve bir yapının estetik biçimini oluşturan öğe ve ilkelerin neler olduğu belirtilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde, konut alanında prefabrikasyonun gelişmesi ve betonarme prefabrike konut yapıları hakkında bilgi verilmektedir. Beşinci bölümde ise, panel, iskelet ve uzay hücre yapım sistemlerinin oluşumu örnekler verilerek incelenmiştir, Sonuç bölümünde ise önceki dört bölümün ışığında prafabrike konut yapılarının tekdüze olma eleştirilerini neden aldıkları ve yüksek seviyede bir estetik mimariye nasıl sahip olabilcekleri konuları tartışılmıştır.In this study, prefabrication of housing, which is economic and fast to built, but has always been critisized for being monotonous and unaesthetic since from the early twentieth century, is examined to define the problem of being monotonues. In the first chapter the background of the thesis, the aim, and objectives of the subject are pointed. In the second chapter the idea of aesthetics is discussed from a histrocal point of view. In the third chapter the principles and rules of architecture which defines the form of a building, are mentioned.. The forth chapter is about historical development of prefabricated housing techniques.. In the fifth chapter examples of panel, structural frame and space shell prefabricated reinforced concrete are examined.. In conclusion the reasons of being monotonues of reinforced concrete housing structures are discussed with the help of the previous four chapters.
