Abstract
Bu çalışmada, enson deprem yönetmeliğinin yürürlülüğe girmesinden önce tasarlanmış planda düzensiz betonarme bir binanın performansı, malzeme kalitesi arttırılarak ve planda düzenli hale getirilerek, statik itme analizi yöntemi ile çözümlenmiş ve karşılaştırması yapılmıştır. Çalışmanın 1. bölümünde yapılar üzerindeki deprem etkilerinden ve yapılara getirilen kısıtlamaların sebeplerinden bahsedilmiş, ayrıca konu ile ilgili yapılmış çalışmalara yer verilmiştir. Çalışmanın 2. bölümünde düzensizlik kavramından bahsedilmiştir. Ayrıca DBYBHY (2007) ve EUROCODE8’deki düzensizlik kavramları şekil ve Çizelgelerle açıklanmıştır. Çalışmanın 3. bölümde performans kavramı açıklanmıştır. DBYBHY 2007’ ye ve ATC40’a göre yapısal performansın belirlenmesindeki yöntem ve esaslar özetlenmiştir. Çalışmanın 4. bölümde mevcut betonarme bina malzeme kalitesinin daha yüksek kabul edildiği hali ve yapısal düzensizlikleri ortadan kaldırılmış hali iki ayrı şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Daha sonra doğrusal elastik yöntem ve doğrusal olmayan yöntemle çözülmüştür. Analizlerden elde edilen sonuçlar; grafikler ve Çizelgelerle sunulmuştur. Çalışmada bulguların tartışıldığı 5.bölümünde neticeler ve elde edilen değerler yorumlanmıştır. Düzensizliğe yol açan yapısal hataların, yapının performansını ne derece etkidiğine dikkat çekilmiş ve binanın deprem güvenliğinin mevcut yapısı ve malzeme kalitesi ile yakın ilişkisi ortaya konulmuştur.
In this study, the seismic performance of an reiforced concerete resitandal building having irregularity in its plan is considered which was designed before TERDC 2007. Analyses are carried out for the as-built structure initially; later by increasing structurel material qualities and finaly by introducing new structurel elements so that the bulding became regular in plan. In the first chapter, eartquake effects on the structures and reasons of the restrictions in structural design has been discoused. Recent studies on the topic are summarized. The second chapter refers to the irregularity cases, otherwise the notion of irregularity according to Turkish Eartquake Code(2007) and EUROCODE8 has been explained with figures and charts. In the third chapter, the notion of the performance has been explained. Principles of performance levels according to Turkish Eartquake Code(2007) and ATC40 have been offered with figures and graphics. In the fourth chapter the existing reinforced concrete building has been designed in two different cases by increasing the quality of the material and eliminating the structural irregularities . Afterwards it has been resolved with both the lineer analysis method and non-lineer as static analysis method, then both of these forms have been compared with the existing structure. The results of these analyses have been presented with graphics and charts. In the fifth chapter the results and the computed values have been explicated. Besides how much have the structural failures which caused the irregularities affected the performance of the structures has been taken attention and the relation of eartquake safety of existing strucures and material that is used in the structure has been declared.
