Abstract
Bu çalışmada, yeni ticari hale gelmiş olan N-vinil formamid (NVF) monomerinin ters-süspansiyon şartlarında (yağ içinde su), N,N,N’,N’-tetraallil piperazinyum diklorür (TAP) (12 % mol/mol) ile ko-polimerleştirilmesiyle, dünyada ilk kez çapraz bağlı poli (N-vinil formamid) PNVF mikro küreciklerinin sentezi başarıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu ürünün hidroliz edilmesiyle, çapraz bağlı poli (vinil amin) mikro kürecikleri elde edilmiştir. Bundan sonraki aşamada fosfometillendirmeye uğratılarak, kuvvetli şelat oluşturan iminobis (metilen fosfonik asit) gruplarına dönüştürülmüştür. Elde edilen katı polimerlerin sulu çözeltide metal tutma kapasiteleri belirlenerek, sulu çözeltilerden metal özütlemenin bu reçine ile oldukça hızlı ve yüksek kapasitede olduğu görülmüştür.
In this work, an inverse-suspension (oil in water) polymerization procedure has been developed for preparing cross-linked poly (N-vinyl formamide) in spherical bead forms by co-polymerization of a newly commercialized monomer, N-vinyl formamide (NVF), with N,N,N’,N’-tetraallyl piperazinium dichloride (TAP). Hydrolysis of this product yielded cross-linked poly (vinyl amine) with retention of the bead shapes. The amino groups of the resulting polymer were phosphomethylated generated imino-bis(methylen phosphonic acid) units having strong chelating abilities. Metal chelating ability of the product with imino-bis(methylen phosphonic acid) groups were demonstrated to have high capacities in metal uptake and provide rapid extraction of metal ions from artificial aqua solutions.
