Asce 7-05, Eurocode 1-4 Ve Ts 498 Yönetmelikleri Kullanılarak Yapılara Gelen Rüzgar Yüklerinin Karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, yapılar üzerine etkiyen rüzgar yükü ve rüzgar basıncının tahmininde dünyada yaygın olarak kullanılmakta olan ASCE/SI 7-05 Bölüm 6 ve Eurocode 1 Bölüm 1-4 yönetmeliklerinin hesap yöntemleri ve hesap aşamaları incelenmiş ve hem rijit bir yapı hem de rijit olmayan bir yapı üzerine etkiyen rüzgar kuvvetleriin hesabını içeren üç örnek çözülerek bulunan sonuçlar incelenmiştir. Bununla baber bizim ülkemizde yapı üzerine gelen rügar yüklerinin tahmininde kullanılmakta olan TS 498 yönetmeliğinin önermiş olduğu hesap yöntemi kullanılarak diğer yönetmelikler için çözülen örnekler TS 498’in önerdiği yöntemle çözülmüş ve sonuçların karşılaştırılması yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak; TS 498’in rüzgar yüklerinin tahmini için önerdiği hesap yöntemi birçok açıdan diğer yönetmeliklerin önerdiği yöntemlere nazaran daha yetersiz kalındığı kanısına varılmıştır.In this study the criterions and the provisions steps of determination of the wind forces and wind pressures on buildigs or other structures using ASCE/SI 7-05 part 6 and Eurocode 1 part 1-4, which are widely used for evaluating the wind loading on structures, are studied. Moreover, three type of samples both rigid and flexible structures, which are under same conditions, are solved for displaying the differences between those norms. In addition to these regulations, TS 498, which is used for evaluating the wind forces on buildings in our country, is studied and the same examples are solved with the help of TS 498 and results are compared. Finally, evaluation of wind loading provision offered by TS 498 is of the opinion that it is less sufficient than provisions of other regulations in many ways.
