Abstract

Autonomous vehicles has become most popular topic and the studies related to vehicle to vehicle communication have accelerated in recent years. On this issue, as a concept of cooperative communication which means communication of vehicles with other vehicles or any other fixed access points comes forward. Moreover, diversity techniques, combining methods, physical layer network coding and optimum relay selection are also taken into account to provide fast, reliable and high error performance. In this study, cooperative communication systems are performed in vehicle and fixed access relay assisted point of views. On the other hand, the adventages of increasing number of relays and optimum relay selection are examined by performing physical layer network coding based cooperative communication systems at two way multi relay network. Performance analysis and evaluations are also provided by using symbol error rate and outage probability metrics at the end of the study.
