Tedarik Zinciri Yönetiminde Choquet İntegral Yöntemi İle Depo Yeri Seçimi

Abstract

Tedarik zinciri yönetiminde depo yerinin kararı önemli ve stratejik bir karardır. Yapılan seçim uzun süreli etkilere sahiptir. Bu çalışmada, choquet integral bulanık algoritması kullanılarak depo yeri seçimi için bir karar verme yöntemi oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan metod ile tedarik zinciri yönetiminin önemli parçalarından lojistik alanında maliyet anlamında en uygun tercihin seçiminin yapılması için olası alternatif havuzundan belirlenen kriterler doğrultusunda en optimal sonucun bulunması sağlanmıştır. Ayrıca bu çalışma global bir firma için yapılan başarılı bir depo yeri seçimi örneğini de içermektedir.Warehouse location selection is an important and strategic decision in supply chain management. Warehouse location is a long term decision which is influenced by many factors. This paper includes a decision making methodology for warehouse location selection problem with using choquet integral fuzzy algorithm. This methodology targets to choice the best alternative for warehouse location with using different sub-criterias in logistics, which is the one of the most important assets of supply chain management. Also, this paper shows a successful application of multi criteria choquet integral to a real warehouse location selection problem of a big global firm.
