Abstract
Bu çalışmada; kömür yüzey yükü ve kömür yüzeyinin kimyasal madde adsorbsiyonu kapasitesinin ölçümleri, kömür-su karışımlarının, viskozite ölçümleri, değişik ısılarda viskozite ölçümleri, kömür dolgu fraksiyonunun viskoziteye etkisi, çökelme indeksinin viskoziteye etkisi incelenmiş ve kömür-su karışımının akış türü belirlenmiştir. Bu araştırma için üç değişik kalitede ve 19, 35 ve 50 mikron ortalama tane boyutunda Sibirya, Soma ve İstanbul-Ağaçlı bölgesi kömürleri kullanılmıştır. Kömürün ıslanmasını, dağılmasını sağlamak için ve çökelmeyi önlemek için KSK’da kimyasal maddeler kullanılmaktadır. Bu kimyasal maddeler, çözeltinin yüzey gerilimini değiştirerek tanelerin dağılma ve ıslanmasını temin ederler. Bu çalışmada dispersan anyonik madde olarak; PSS (Sodium Polystyrene Sulfonate), Stabilizer madde olarak CMC (Carboxymethyl Cellulose Sodium Salt) kullanılmıştır.
In this study, electrokinetic potential of coal and zero point of charge, have been determined. Coal surface’s adsorption capacity of chemical additives, properties of coal water mixture on rheological and viscocity on different tempratures, the effect of different particles of viscocity size to the coal water mixture, coal water mixture’s swell and sedimantation degree and rheological properties were invested. Three different rank coals from, Siberia, İstanbul and Soma, and three different particle size distrubution were used for experiments. Also, chemical additives are used for dispersing and wetting coal particles. In this study, PSS (Sodium Polystyrene Sulfonate) is used for dispersion as anionic chemical additive and CMC (Carboxymethyl Cellulose Sodium Salt) is used for stabilizer of coal particles on coal water mixtures.
