Dengelenmiş Hedef Kartı Ve Bir İnşaat İşletmesinde Uygulanması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, ilk olarak yönetimle ilgili temel öğeler incelenmiş olup, daha sonra stratejik yönetim ve performans yönetimi hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Bu bölümlerden sonra çalışmanın asıl konusu olan Dengelenmiş Hedef Karta geçilmiş olup detaylıca irdelenmiştir. Yapılacak uygulamaya önayak olması için inşaat sektöründe ve KOBİ’lerde Dengelenmiş Hedef Kartı’nın yeri açıklanmıştır. Çalışmanın son aşamasında ise tüm bu anlatılanlar ışığında inşaat sektöründe faaliyet gösteren küçük ölçekli bir işletmede yapılan uygulamaya yer verilmiştir. Çalışmaya orjinallik katan husus ise daha önce literatürde karşılaşılmamış olan iş güvenliği ve felaketten kurtulma boyutunun beşinci boyut olarak eklenmesidir. Sonuçları literatürdeki çalışmalarla karşılaştırdığımızda, önerilen yöntemlerle geliştirilen modelin birbirlerine yakınsadığı ve KOBİ’lerde de Dengelenmiş Hedef Kartı uygulamasının en az büyük şirketler kadar başarıyla uygulanabildiği görülmüştür.First of all, the basic issues about the management are examined in this study and then some information about the strategic management and performance management are given. After this chapter, the Balanced Scorecard is explicated in details as the main topic of this study. In order to be initiator to the implementation, the situation of the Balanced Scorecard is examined in the construction industry and in SMEs. In the last part of the study, the Balanced Scorecard method is implemented in small scale construction company. The originality of this study is adding a new perspective, occupational safety and disaster recovery, which is not seen in the literature before. If the results are compared to the outcomes of the literatures, it is seen that they are alike and it is possible to implement the Balanced Scorecard in SMEs as well as the large companies.
