Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Deprem Bölgelerinde Yapılacak Binalar Hakkında Yönetmelik 2006’nın çelik binalar ile ilgili bölümü incelenerek, American Institute of Steel Construction Seismic Provisions for Structural Steel Buildings 2002-2005 ve Federal Emergency Management Agency 350 Recommended Seismic Design Criteria for New Steel Moment-Frame Buildings’in ilgili bölümleri ile olan benzer ve farklı yönlerine değinilmiş, gerekli olduğu düşünülen yerlerde kişisel fikirlere yer verilerek eleştiriler yapılmıştır. Bu incelemenin yanısıra, bir doğrultusu süneklik düzeyi yüksek çerçevelerden, diğer doğrultusu süneklik düzeyi yüksek dışmerkez çelik çaprazlı perdelerden oluşan 5 katlı, 3×3 açıklıklı bir çelik yapının proje uygulaması yapılmıştır. Yapılan incelemeler ve uygulama projesi neticesinde, DBYBHY 2006’nın çelik binalar ile ilgili bölümünün bazı koşullarının AISC SPSSB 2002-2005 ve FEMA 350’de verilen koşullardan farklı olduğu, bazı koşullarının da kişisel fikirlere dayanarak revize edilmesi gerektiği belirlenmiştir.
In this study, chapters related to the steel buildings in Design Specifications for Building in Earthquake Regions 2006 are investigated, similar and different sides with related sections in American Institute of Steel Construction Seismic Provisions for Structural Steel Buildings 2002-2005 and Federal Emergency Management Agency 350 Recommended Seismic Design Criteria for New Steel Moment-Frame Buildings are mentioned, personal opinions and criticisms are expressed in necessary sections. Also, a structure system’s which has 5 stories, 3‭×3 spans constituted with special moment frames in one direction and eccentrically braced frames in the other direction project applications have been analyzed. As a result of investigations and application project, some conditions in related sections of Earthquake Resistant Design Codes for Steel Buildings in Design Specifications for Building in Earthquake Regions 2006 are different from provisions, given in AISC SPSSB 2002-2005 and FEMA 350, also some conditions have to revised relying on personal opinions, are determined.
