Mimarlık Bürolarında Enformasyon Sistemleri

Abstract

Yapı sektöründe, enformasyon sistemlerinin gelişimi diğer sektörlere oranla daha yavaş olmuştur. Bu durum, mimarlık bürolarının özelinde, daha da kısıtlı kalmaktadır. Ancak, enformasyon sistemlerinin mimarlık bürolarına entegrasyonu, teknolojinin hızlı gelişimine paralel olarak gerçekleşecektir. Yapım sektörünün ve dolayısiyle mimarlık mesleğinin öznel yapısı sebebiyle ortaya çıkan bu gecikme, enformasyon sistemlerinin artı değerlerinin paylaşılması ve küreselleşen iş dünyasının rekabet koşullarında varolma zorunluluğu nedenleriyle önümüzdeki yıllarda giderilecektir. Mimari bürolarda enformasyon sistemlerinin incelendiği bu araştırmada amaç, bu konuda ülkemizde yapılmış sınırlı sayıda araştırmaya ek olarak, dünya literatüründeki çalışmaların taranması sonucu elde edilen bilgilerin derlenerek, tasarım sürecinin yönetimi konusundaki eksik ve yetersiz yaklaşımları ortadan kaldırmaya yönelik bütüncül bir bakış açısını ortaya koymaktır.The development of the information systems in the construction industry is slower than the other industries. This case is even worse for the architectural offices. As the development of the technology continues, the integration of the information systems in architectural offices will come true. Because of the increasing globalization and the competing organizations in the industry, the delay of this integration will be over by the need of these systems in the industry This research aims to summarize the other works in the world and to compile the data in order to present an integrated view to the management of the design process
