Abstract
Öğütme modellerinden biri olan kinetik model kullanılarak hız hesaplamaları yapılmış ve grafiksel olarak ifade edilmiştir. Öncelikle her bir fraksiyon tek tek öğütülerek kesikli öğütme uygulanmıştır. Tek fraksiyonların yapıldığı deneylerde 60 saniyelik öğütmelerin kırılma hızları dikkate alınmıştır. Diğer öğütme deneylerinde fraksiyonlar karıştırılarak öğütülmüştür. Bu öğütme deneylerinde de sadece 15 saniyelik kırılma hızları dikkate alınmıştır. Karışım cam numunesinin 15 saniyelik öğütmelerinde diğer öğütmelere göre farklılıklar ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu farklar da malzemenin kırılma karakteristiğinden meydana gelmiştir. Tek bir fraksiyonda yapılan öğütme deneyleri sonucunda boyut aralığı arttıkça hızın azaldığı tespit edilmiştir. Karışım malzemesinde ise değişiklikler görülmüştür. Bu değişikliklerde camın kırılma yapısına ve farklı boyutlardaki malzemenin birbirlerinin kırılmasını etkilediği gözlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak elde edilen veriler karşılaştırılarak kırılma hızı parametresinin hangi boyutta nasıl değiştiği incelenmiştir
As a part of the all grinding modeling of the kinetic model was used for the rate of breakage and it was shown the graphical expression. Before all else, each fractions were carried out to discontinuous grinding one by one and single fractions spesific rate of breakage had been to take note of the 60 seconds. After all fractions were mixed and grinded. 15 second grindings of the mixed glass samples to come out a little differences than the other grindings. This differences results from to the material characteristics. Result of the single fraction of the grinding experiments, which is the increase of the materials size were effected of the brakage rate and decrease the breakage rate. Mixed material had been shown us to be a differences. This differences that, type of the glass breaking and different size of the materials to interact to the other materials were observed. As a result of to get the datas were compared and how was the effected of the breakage rate parameter of the fraction had been investigated.
