Phase equilibria and glass formation studies in the (1−x)TeO2–xCdO (0.05≤x≤0.33mol) system

Abstract Phase equilibria and glass formation studies of the (1 − x)TeO2–xCdO system (0.05 ≤ x ≤ 0.33 mol) were realized by using differential thermal analysis (DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) techniques.
