Abstract
Bu çalışmada farklı kurumlar tarafından üretilen mekansal verilerin entegrasyonu konusu incelenmiştir. Verilerin entegrasyonu için dengeleme yöntemi kullanılmış buna ek olarak veriler arasındaki komşuluk ve topolojik ilişkilere bağlı olarak verilen koşullara göre entegrasyon işlemi gerçekleştirilmiştir. İlk olarak idari sınırlar arasındaki uyuşumsuzluklar ve topolojik problemler giderilmeye çalışılmıştır.Referans olarak yol verisi kullanılmıştır. İdari sınır verilerindeki farklılıklar nedeniyle tam bir sonuca ulaşılamamıştır. İkinci çalışmada ise doğalgaz hatları ile ilgili bir çalışma yapılmıştır.Doğalgaz hatlarının tesisi sırasında yersel olarak ölçülmüş binalar ile güncel halihazır haritalar arasında bir entegrasyon yapılmıştır.Referans verisi olarak GPS destekli olarak yapılan yersel ölçüler kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak şekli çok fazla değişmeyen binaların entegrasyonu daha başarılı sonuçlar vermiş, çok fazla değişen binalarda ise belli bir oranda entegrasyon sağlanabilmiştir.
This study examined the integration of spatial data produced by different institutions. Adjustment method was used for the integration of the data. In addition to this, depending on the topological relationships and neighborly relations between data, the integration process was carried out according to the conditions. Firstly, It was tried to resolve the differences and topological problems between administrative boundaries. An integration was carried out between buildings which locally measured during the natural gas installation and current land maps. Gps aided ground measurements were used as reference data. As a result, integration of the buildings whose shape has not change much has given better results. On the other hand, a certain degree of integration was achieved considering the buildings whose shape has changed too much.
