Abstract
In this policy brief (Deliverable 1.3), EELISA Alliance reports on the main achievements and progress that individual partners as well as the Alliance as a whole have made regarding its R&I dimension (EELISA InnoCORE project) from the beginning of the project in June 2021 until November 2022. The document describes the main challenges encountered in implementing R&I actions, and how the Alliance is tackling them. Finally, the document also provides a first set of recommendations to the European Commission for further policy development.
