İran Deprem Yönetmeliğin Türk Deprem Yönetmeliği İle Karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada; İran Deprem Yönetmeliği ile Türk Deprem Yönetmeliğinin karşılaştırılması yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmadan amaç, deprem konusunda, İran ve Türkiye arasındaki iletişim kolaylığı çalışmalarına bir katkıda bulunmaktır. Depreme dayanıklı yapı inşa etmenin önemi vurgulandıktan sonra çeşitli deprem hesap yöntemleri anlatılan bu çalışmada İran Deprem Yönetmeliği, Türk Deprem Yönetmeliği ile karşılaştırması yapılmıştır. Yapılan bu çalışmada, Türk Deprem Yönetmeliğinin İran Deprem Yönetmeliğine göre daha kapsamlı olduğu göstermektedir. Ancak bununla kalmayıp deprem konusunda yeni teknik gelişmelerin izlenmesi gerektiği de açıktır.In this study, it has been carried out the comparison of the Turkish earthquake regulations with the İran earthquake regulations. The first target study which has been performed taking into account the developments in the earthquake regulations in the last years is to contribute to the communication facility between the countries about the earthquake in this study. After having been stressed out the important of the construction of earthquake resistant the Turkish earthquake regulation has been compared with the earthquake regulations of the İran. The studies performed in this sence, have revealed that the Turkish earthquake regulation is sufficient in consideration with the İran earthquake regulations. However, it is also clear that it is essential not to content with but to follow the new technical developments.
