Abstract
Düşeyde düzensiz mevcut binaların deprem güvenliklerinin belirlenmesi, bu tez çalışmasına konu olmuştur. İnceleme konusu olan düşeyde düzensiz yapılar performansa dayalı tasarım yaklaşımı ile ele alınmıştır. Hesaplamalarda elastik ötesi analiz yapma olanağı sağladığı için, Statik İtme Analiz Yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu yöntemin esasları, tez kapsamında kısaca özetlenmiştir. Ayrıca performansa dayalı tasarım yaklaşımı hakkında da bazı bilgiler kısaca verilmiştir. İnceleme konusu olarak mevcut altı farklı bina seçilmiştir. İlgili hesaplamalarda, statik itme analiz yöntemini kullanmaya uygun olan SAP 2000 analiz programı kullanılmıştır. Programda yöntemin nasıl uygulanacağı tez kapsamında anlatılmış, dikkat edilmesi gerekli noktalar vurgulanmıştır. Analizlerden elde edilen sonuçlar grafikler ve tablolarda sunulmuştur.
In this study, determining the earthquake resistance of vertically irregular buildings was investigated. Performance based design approach was used to investigate these vertically irregular buildings. Pushover Analysis Method was used in calculations. This method permits to observe the post elastic behaviour. Principles of this method were summarized in this study. Also, the principles of the performance based design approach were summarized. Six existing buildings were selected to investigate. SAP 2000 analysis program was used to apply the pushover method on these buildings. Practice steps of this program were explained in this study. Considerable points in this method were emphasized. Results of the analysis were determined on the diagrams and the tables.
