Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Eşdeğer Deprem Yükü Yöntemi ve Modların Süperpozisyonu Yöntemi ile yapıya etki eden deprem kuvvetlerinin belirlenmiş ve hesap detayları üzerinde durulmuştur. ABYYHY98 genel ilke ve kuralları tanıtılıp betonarme çerçeve yapılarla ilgili tasarım kuralları ve deprem hesap yöntemleri verilmiştir. Perde ve çerçeve sistemden oluşan çok katlı betonarme bir binanın tasarımı yapılmıştır. SAP2000 sonlu elemanlar analiz programı kullanılarak binanın 3 boyutlu modellemesi yapılmıştır. Bina deprem yüklemesi, Eşdeğer Deprem Yükü Yöntemi ve Mod Birleştirme Yöntemine göre çözülerek davranışı incelenmiştir. SAP2000 den elde edilen sonuçlar kullanılarak, zemin kat kolon ve kirişleri ile perde duvarları için betonarme hesaplar yapılmıştır. Bu arada binanın ABYYHY de belirtilen bina düzensizliklerinden olan Al - Burulma Düzensizliği ve B2 - Yumuşak Kat Düzensizliği açısından irdelenmiştir. Ayrıca yine ABYYHY de belirtilen kontrollerden olan Göreli Kat Ötelemesi ve İkinci Mertebe Etkileri kontrolleri de yapılmıştır.
In this study, the determination of the seismic loads by the Equivalent Static Method and Mode-Superposition Method, controls of plan irregularities for Turkish seismic code, the determination of the in-plane stress distributions in floor slabs are explained. A brief introduction of the principles and the rules of ABYYHY98 are explained. 3 dimensional modelling of the building is made using the SAP 2000 finite element analyses programme. For the purpose of considering the behavior of the building undergoing the lateral seismic effects, the loads found according to the Equivalent Seismic Load Method and Mode-Superposition Method presented in the Turkish Earthquake Code, are applied in the computer model. By using the results from SAP 2000 analysis, the reinforced concrete sectional calculations about the ground floor columns, beams and the shear walls, are made. Once again, according to the results obtained from SAP 2000 analysis, the reinforced concrete sectional calculations about the mat foundation slabs and beams are made. After all these, the building is examined about the disorders, presented in Turkish Earthquake Code, which are Al - Twist Disorder and B2 - Between Adjacent Stories Stiffness Disorder. The checkings, relative floor displacement and second stage effects, presented in Turkish Earthquake Code are also made.
