Silivri Fatih Mahallesi’ndeki Anastase Stamoulis Evi Restorasyon Projesi

Abstract

Tez çalışmasının yapıldığı Anastase Stamoulis Evi, İstanbul’un Silivri İlçesine bağlı Fatih Mahallesi’nde, Tavanlı Çeşme Sokak’ta yer almaktadır. 19.yy yapısı olan A. Stamoulis Evi’nin yapım yılı ve kim tarafından yapıldığı ile ilgili net bir bilgiye ulaşılamamıştır. Binanın ilk kullanıcısı tarihi eserlere özel bir ilgisi olduğu bilinen koleksiyoncu A. Stamoulis olup, eldeki veriler doğrultusunda 19. yy sonundan 1925 yılına kadar bu evde yaşadığı bilinmektedir. Mübadele sonucu ülkeyi terk etmek zorunda kalan A. Stamoulis’ten sonra, yapıya ilişkin ulaşılabilen en eski belge olan ve 1937 yılına ait olduğu tahmin edilen bina vergisi tahrir cetvelinde, söz konusu tarihte Silivrili ailesinin yerleştiğini işaret etmektedir. Günümüzde Silivrili ailesi mülkiyetinde olan yapı, 1995 yılından bugüne kadar geçen sürede kullanılmamaktadır. Silivri Kalesi batı sur duvarı üzerinde bulunan A. Stamoulis evi iki katlı olup, ayrıca bir bodrum katı da bulunmaktadır. Tez çalışması, A. Stamoulis Evi’nin detaylı bir şekilde belgelenip sahip olduğu özgün niteliklerinin tanımlanmasını ve özgün işlevine uygun biçimde konut olarak varlığını sürdürebilmesine yönelik restorasyon projesinin hazırlanmasını içermektedir.The thesis is about Anatase Stamoulis House, which is located at number 40 Tavanlı Çeşme Street, Fatih District, Borough of Silivri, İstanbul. Detailed information about by whom and when the house was built could not be found about the A. Stamoulis House which is a 19th century building. The first known owner of the house is A. Stamoulis, a collector of antiques, who lived there until 1925. The oldest document after A. Stamoulis had to leave the house due to the barter in 1925, is a tax document dated around 1937 which certifies the Silivrili Family as the owner of the house. The house is still in Silivri Family’s ownership and has not been used since 1995. A. Stamoulis house, located on the west rampart of Silivri Castle, is a double storied building with a basement. The objective of this thesis is to document and describe the authentic properties of the A. Stamoulis House in detail, and to offer a restoration project to enable the residential use while conserving its authenticity.
