Abstract
The Y2O3:Nd3+nanophosphors were synthesized for different Nd3+concentrations by thermal decomposition method. Luminescence measurements were performed at room temperature. Dependence of the integrated luminescence intensities on the Nd3+concentration and structural properties were studied.
