Özet
Hızla gelişmekte olan ve kıyasıya rekabetin yürütüldüğü inşaat sektöründe, firmalar, ayakta kalabilmek için kalite ve müşteri memnuniyeti kavramlarını önem sıralamasının başına taşımıştır. Uluslararası ticari ilişkilerin artması dolayısıyla dünya çapında gözlenen bu değişim ile evrensel olarak tanınan ve tüm dünya genelinde kullanılan ISO 9000 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi, günümüzün önemli başlıkları arasında yerini almıştır. Bu nedenle, ISO 9000 konusunda yapılmış olan çalışmalara her geçen gün yenisi eklenmektedir. Bu tez kapsamında yapılan literatür araştırması sırasında, İnşaat sektöründe ISO 9000 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi’nin, çeşitli boyutları ile incelendiği görülmüştür. Ancak, bunlar sadece belge edinme süreci ile sınırlı kalmış, kullanım süreci irdelenmemiştir. Halbuki, ISO 9000 Kalite Yönetim Sistemi’nin tam olarak değerlendirilebilmesi için, sertifika alım süreci kadar, onun kullanım sürecinin incelenmesi de önem taşımaktadır. ISO 9000 sertifikasının kullanımından elde edilecek memnuniyet veya olumsuz durumun ortaya konulması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada, ISO 9000 sertifikasyonu sonrası süreç incelenmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında gerçekleştirilen, Türkiye Müteahhitler Birliği (TMB) üyesi olan ISO 9000 sertifikalı firmalar arasında yürütülen alan çalışması ile sertifikanın kullanım süreci incelenmiş, olumlu-olumsuz yönleri dikkate alınarak öneriler geliştirilmiştir.
Firms give point to the concepts of quality and customer satisfaction in order to stand in the fast developing construction sector, where cutthroat competition exists. Depending on the increase of international commercial relationships, this trend towards quality is widespread through the world and ISO 9000 Quality Management System which is accepted worldwide has come into prominence. Therefore, new studies on ISO 9000 are daily added to the literature. During the research on ISO 9000 Quality Management System, which was carried out at the scope of this thesis, it was noticed that, different aspects of ISO 9000 Quality Management System were analysed. All of these studies are bounded by the process until taking the certificate, however, the process after certification has not been investigated. Examination of the process after certification has as crucial importance as the process till having the certificate. Exhibition of the satisfaction or negative condition related to the usage of ISO 9000 certificate is required in order to evaluate ISO 9000 Quality Management System effectively. In this thesis, the process after ISO 9000 certification in construction sector has been researched. Usage process of ISO 9000 certificate has been investigated with the field research, which was carried among Turkish construction firms that are ISO 9000 certificated and members of Türkiye Müteahhitler Birliği (TMB), at the scope of this study and then suggestions were made by considering positive-negative aspects of ISO 9000 certification.
