Anıt Ve Meydanlarda Oran Ve Ölçek Kavramları Taksim Cumhuriyet Anıtı İncelemesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada çeşitli görsel analiz yöntemleri kullanılarak, oran ve ölçek kavramlarının meydan tasarımında ortaya çıkışı incelenmiştir.Taksim Meydanı, örnek alan olarak belirlenmiş ve meydandaki Cumhuriyet Anıtı’nın oransal değeri, çevrelenmenin algılandığı oranlar ve meydanın ölçek algısı incelenmiştir. Oran kavramı ve cephe tasarımında; kapı, pencere, balkon, çatı detaylarında, hem de çevrelenme ve anıt yüksekliklerinde incelenmiştir. Çevrelenmede ki yetersizlik, sınırlayıcıların eksikliği ve algılanamayan kapalılık etkisi ortaya konmuştur. Cumhuriyet Anıtı’nın meydandaki kayıp, baskın olmayan etkisi belirtilmiştir. Alanda Anıtın daha iyi algılanmasına ve çevrelenmede uygun oran ve ölçek değerlerinin hissedilmesine yönelik öneriler getirilmiştir. Anıt çevresinde kolonad sistemi getirilmesi böylelikle anıtın vurgulanması ve mekanın belirlenmesi hedeflenmiştir. Cephe kaplamalarının yerel dokuya uygun şekilde değiştirilerek aynı oransal sisteme sahip hale getirilmeleri önerilmiştir. Uygun oran ve ölçek değerleri kullanılarak görsel açıdan uyumlu bir mekan tasarlanması hedeflenmiştir.

In this study, the formation of the concepts of scale and proportion have been researched with using different types of visual analysis methods. Taksim Square was chosen as the sample site. Proportional value of the Cumhuriyet Monument located in the square and perceived proportion of surrounding and also perceptional scale of the square have been researched. Proportion is searched in parts of building such as doors, windows, balconies, and roofs and in the endclosure of the square and the hight of the Monument. The insuficcient enclosure of the square is shown. The lost and undominate effect of the Cumhuriyet Monument is searched. Suggestions are made about how the Monument can be perceived beter and how the correct scale and proportion on the enclosure of the square can be felt. Useing a column system around the monument is suggested to emphasize the monument and to determine the edges of the place. It is suggested to change the facades as suitable to the local structure and transform them to the same proportion. The aim is to create a visually harmonious place by useing proportion and scale rules.
