Mimarlık Meslek Pratiğinde Etik Değer Ve Sorumlulukların Değerlendirilmesi İçin Bir Yöntem Önerisi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Mimarlık Meslek Pratiğinde Etik Değer ve Sorumluluklar araştırılarak bu araştırma üzerinden meslek pratiğinde uygulanabilecek bir değerlendirme modeli önerilmektedir. Bu konunun ele alınmasındaki temel amaç mimarlık mesleğinin uygulanmasında etik bir bilinç ve farkındalık yaratmaya yardımcı olmaktır. Çalışmada öncelikle Mimarlık ve Etik kavramları birbirinden bağımsız olarak ele alınmış ve incelenmiştir. Daha sonra birbirleri ile ilgili ilişkileri ileri sürülmüş ve ilişki bu teorik ve pratik kaynaklarla desteklenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu aşamadan sonra etik kavramının meslek pratiğinde nasıl hayata geçirilebileceğinin üzerine gidilmiş ve bunun için etik değer ve sorumluluk türlerinin belirlenmesi gerektiği ifade edilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda yapılan incelemelerde mesleğin iki farklı niteliğine (üretime ve ürüne bağlı olmasının) dikkat çekilmiş ve bu nitelikler etik değer ve sorumluluk türlerinin belirlenmesi için baz alınmıştır. Burada yola çıkılarak, mesleğin eyleme ve ürüne bağlı etik değer ve sorumlulukları, bilimsel, akademik çalışmalar ile mesleğin güncel durumu, düzenlemeleri ve standartları vs. incelenerek ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın son bölümünde ise, öne sürülen bu etik değer ve sorumluluklar doğrultusunda, mimarlık meslek pratiğindeki başta mimar olmak üzere tüm katılımcıların kullanabileceği bir etik değer ve sorumluluk değerlendirme şablonu önerilmektedir.

In this study, ethical values and responsibilities in the practice of architecture profession are researched and through this research an evaluation model that can be applied in professional practice is suggested. The main purpose to examine this issue is to help create an ethical consciousness and awareness in the practice of architecture. Primarily, the conecpts of architecture and ethics are studied and examined independantly from each other, afterwards a link and relationship between two is suggested and it has been supported with the resources used both in the theory and practice. After this stage, it is stated that the types of ethical values and responsibilities should be determined in order to focus on how the concepts of ethics can be materialized in professional practice.Throughout the analysis, two different qualities (depend up on the production and products) of the profession will be pointed and based as a ground for identifying the the ethical values and responsibilities wtihin. Henceforth the ethical values and the responsibilities of the profession depending on the action and on the product of profession have been tried to be revealed throughout the scientific, academic studies and the current status of the profession, regulations and standards, etc... In the conclusion evaluation models for ethical values and responsibilities are suggested for the use of all the participants in the architecture practice espacially or the architect.
