Abstract: Bu çalismada, rekabetin yogunlastigi günümüzde teknolojinin dogru kullanildiginda rekabetin seklini degistirerek firmalara önemli avantaj yarattigi görülmüstür. Teknoloji stratejisinin olusturulmasi firmanin gelecege bakarak hazirlanmasini saglamistir. Bu strateji olusturulurken iyi bir planlama için teknoloji yol haritasi çikarilmistir. Piyasa ve müsteri odakli bir yaklasimla kurumun genel stratejisi teknoloji stratejisi ile entegre edilmistir. Ürün, proses ve hizmet planlariyla belirlenen teknoloji gereksinimleri gözönüne alinmis ve bu gereksinimler dogrultusunda uygun teknolojiye karar verilerek seçim yapilmistir. Teknoloji stratejisinin olusturulmasinda sadece stratejinin analitik boyutlarina degil, ayni zamanda organizasyonel ve kültürel boyutlari da gözönüne alinmistir. Sonuçlari literatürdeki çalismalarla karsilastirdigimizda önerilen yöntemlerle gelistirilen teknoloji stratejisinin formülasyonu uygulama açisindan da yeter yakinsakligi sagladigi gözlenmistir.
In this study it has been observed that technology, when it is correctly utilized in our day when competition has become intensive, transforms and creates significant advantage for the companies. The establishment of the technology strategy has enabled the company to be prepared by looking into the future. When this strategy was established, a technological roadmap was prepared for good planning. With a market and customer focused approach, the technology strategy has been integrated into the general strategy of the organization. The selection was made by taking into account the technological needs by product, process and service plans and correct technologies were determined in line with these needs. In the establishment of the technology strategy not only the analytical dimensions of the strategy were taken into account, in addition the organizational and cultural dimensions were also considered. When we compare the results with the work in the literature, it was observed that the technological strategy formulation established by the proposed methods provided convergence in terms of application as well
